The iglidur® PRT-05 slewing ring, made entirely of plastic, is a slewing ring bearing designed for larger applications while maintaining a low weight. The new size, with an inner diameter of 94 mm, enables use in applications with higher load requirements.
The PRT-05-94-PC model features an all-plastic construction with a simplified component design. The design consists of two components and is engineered for easy integration.
The static axial load capacity, tested in the igus® laboratory, is 20,000 N. The material contains at least 75% regranulate. Operation is lubricant-free, eliminating the need for additional maintenance associated with lubrication.
The iglidur® PRT-05 rotary bearing is suitable for applications in mechanical engineering and automation where a lightweight and low-maintenance rotary connection is required.
