High abrasion resistance

The cleanroom ball bearing, currently available in sizes 608, 6000 and 6001 (other sizes available on request), with new xirodur C161 ring material and A161 cage material, was developed for highly sensitive applications in battery production and the semiconductor industry, among other things. It offers outstanding abrasion resistance and chemical resistance as well as minimal particle emission. All of this is essential for processes with the highest purity requirements. It has been validated in our in-house cleanroom laboratory and meets the strict standards of modern manufacturing environments. Customised testing and documentation are available at any time to optimally meet individual process requirements.
