iglidur® PRT manuellt klämfäste

iglidur® PRT slewing ring bearings are ready-to-install slewing rings for lubrication-free, dry operation. The design is not based on re-circulating components but on maintenance-free sliding elements. These are made of tribologically optimised iglidur® materials combined with rings made of lightweight, hard anodised aluminium.

The PRT-04 with manual clamp is part of the PRT-04 series modular system. The aluminium clamping block can be attached to any point on the outer ring. The PRT slewing ring can be clamped quickly and easily and prevented from rotating.

The sliding elements made of iglidur® J are outstanding all-rounders. They are characterised by a low coefficient of friction during dry operation. This material also has low moisture absorption and offers good chemical resistance.
