This is how iglidur i.Sense plain bearings work

The i.Sense system consists of two different parts:
1. Technology integrated in the bearing detects wear in advance and gives you a signal in good time when the wear limit is reached.

2. A read-out unit for measuring the plain bearing data.
There are different possibilities for this purpose: either you can manually read out i.Sense plain bearings, or install a control unit with a red/green display on the machine, which provides information about the condition of the plain bearings. Another possibility is the connection to icom.plus. This allows for transmitting the plain bearing data to a cloud system or a local network.
